Section goals for 2004-2005 |
- Host 9 monthly Quality events
- Host Successful Boscon Event with 150 paid attendees
- Partner with other Sections for 2 events
- Run successful education program: 3 courses a quarter with
a minimum of 5 students in each course
- Publish Monthly Newsletter for a total of 11
- Website Improvements- implement online customer
satisfaction survey
- Website Improvements- redesign of website
- Publish awards & nominations on website- publish award
criteria, application process and forms. Detail the Boston
Society Award selection process on the website.
- On time elections- Process Section Officer nominations in
time to hold elections at the Section Annual Meeting and
submit the names to HQ & the Regional Director on time.
- On time nominations- Process nominations for awards in
time to present them at BOSCON
- Expand scholarship info about name sake- Expand the
scholarship description on the website to include an
appreciation of George Mason
- Communicate certifications in a timely manner via
newsletter
- Publish description for every section LT position &
procedures on web
- Publish Photos of LT on Website
- Volunteer and teach others about quality - participate
with 2 other organizations * Distribute membership
application- have new member applications available at dinner
meetings
- Distribute welcome packages to new members within a month
of joining
- Encourage members to upgrade to senior / fellow status &
publish info about upgrades.
