From I-495, take Route 3 South for approximately 1.5 miles, then take Exit 29. At the end of the ramp, turn left, and at the second set of lights, turn left again onto Mill Drive. Take the immediate right onto Elizabeth Drive. Brooks Automation is the last building on the right at the top of the hill.

From I-95 South, take the Route 3 North exit; stay to the right and take Exit 29. At the end of the ramp, turn right, and at the second set of lights, turn left again onto Mill Drive.
