You can't get from here to there without communicating effectively. Do you think many of those you work with "lack initiative," "do only what they're told," "fail to take responsibility for their actions?" Learn the communication skills that help you coach, mentor, direct, give negative and positive feedback to people in ways that increase their ability and motivation to take initiatives; solve problems; accept challenges; make positive changes. Role-playing scenarios from real situations will teach the application of communication skills.
