Teams are essential for synergy but just calling a group a "team" doesn't make it so. This training prepares attendees to serve as resources, catalysts, team members, and leaders to direct team processes that achieve continuous improvement goals.

On completion, students will be ready to serve as Team Leader (or in any Team position), direct Team processes, and facilitate and guide Teams/Groups to predetermined goals.
