101 Principles of Quality

This course is an introduction or refresher course that provides the basic tools and principles of quality. This course covers general quality knowledge and history, quality principles, quality tools, process documentation and continuous improvement. This course is designed to give you the tools you need, the experience in how to apply them and the ability to implement immediately. This hands-on, 1 day, 3 hour format is sure to please.

This course is also a prerequisite for all our other courses for anyone without previous knowledge or experience in quality terms.
